I C King Park

This trail has 8 miles of multi-use trails at IC King Park. Skirting the shoreline of Knob Creek, an inlet of the Tennessee River, and winding through heavily forested woods, these easy to moderate trails are a local favorite for hikers, trail runners and mountain bikers

The shoreline and main trails are fast and flowing while the trails that climb to the ridge are twisty with steep descents. Trails are well-signed and maintained but take a while to dry after inclement weather. Please don't mountain bike when the trails are wet.

In 2017, Knox County crews began the groundwork to build another 3 miles of trails at the back of IC King Park. Along with new trails there will be a picnic shelter, dog park, playground, rest rooms and new entrance for parking.
