OUR STORY
In 2006 Abe and Fadwa moved from Florida to Gatlinburg, TN and started Luigi’s Pizzeria. Basically, the two of them worked day and night growing Luigi’s into a local and visitor favorite Italian restaurant. Taste and portions were their focus throughout the years. Using fresh ingredients and making most items from scratch has been a staple of Luigi’s. In 2021, Abe and Fadwa decided it was time for another chapter in their lives. Over the years they have expanded their family to include two wonderful daughters, and they wanted more time with them.
My family purchased Luigi’s in the fall of 2021. We were attracted to the legacy that Abe and Fadwa had created over the years. We were also attracted to how most of the menu was made by scratch and how that fit our family legacy which is farming. We operate a multi generational family farm in the area. Produce grown on our farm has been stocking grocery stores and restaurants for years. Luigi’s is the perfect fit for utilizing our farm grown products.
From our home-grown vegetables to hand made dough we strive to have Luigi’s reflect our values and our faith. It is my family’s and employees’ privilege and honor to serve those who live and visit our Great Smoky Mountains and our little restaurant. Welcome to Luigi’s…
