Mimi’s Gas Station Coffee in Sevierville is the Stop you Need to Make on your Trip to the Smokies!

 If you’re heading to the Smokies or out for a weekend in Gatlinburg, you might pass right by a little spot in Sevierville, Tenn. just outside and in the parking lot of Smoky Mountain Knife Works. You have to stop by Mimi’s Gas Station Coffee!

This family-owned business has been churning out delectable coffee drinks and snacks, like homemade mini glazed donuts, for over a year-and-a-half and has now opened a mobile unit called Pappy’s Snack Shack that they take to fundraisers, schools and events alike.

Bobby Richardson, CEO, says they’ve added to their menu on the mobile unit of Pappy’s, and you will have to come to their next event to dive into some of their memorable items!
